Dr. Christina Curtis (affectionately known as ‘Tina’ or ‘Dr. Christina’) is a NAFAS (National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies):

residing in Beare Green, near Dorking, Surrey.  

 

With her extensive knowledge, Christina is much in demand to run workshops on CFD (contemporary floral design) topics.  Christina particularly enjoys weaving, plaiting and manipulation of plant material and likes to regularly use such ideas in her designs.  She is fascinated by fabrics, wools, beads and inorganic materials that can be incorporated into contemporary work. She enjoys creating and decorating her own containers and mechanics.

 

Christina loves her cat ‘Honey’, gardening and collecting plants. She also enjoys following ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ as she used to dance competitively with her husband Ron in the 1980’s
